Q. What does the package include?
A. Your recruitment package includes a full page display advertisement inclusive of your logo and up to 3 images. A rotating link to your advertisement (dependent on package selected) is also be included within our homepage and in both our daily and weekly newsletters as well as to our social media accounts Facebook
. A link is included to your website as well as a summary of your organisation. You may include your contact information or choose for this information to remain hidden.
Q. Does my advert include access to all job applications received?
Q. What does monthly, weekly, twice weekly and daily update mean?
A. We offer a choice of update packages.. monthly, weekly, twice weekly and daily. At each update, your job advertisement is elevated to the top of our search results listing
, as well as appearing within our homepage and in our daily (daily update packages only) and weekly newsletters.
A "daily" updated job will appear at top of the search results every 24 hours, whereas a weekly updated advert will jump to the top every 7 days. The more frequent the update, the more exposure your recruitment ad will receive. Your advertisement initially appears at top of search results listing and in our newsletters. As new jobs are added to the system or other jobs are updated, it will descend the search results listing.
Q. Can I suspend or remove my advert?
A. Yes, you may remove or suspend your advertisement at any time. Please note that we are unable to offer credit for any suspended period.
Q. Can I preview my advertisement prior to ordering?
A. Yes, we include full advertisement preview functionality.
Q. Can I make changes to my job specification?
A. Yes, you can make any changes you wish to your job specification within 24hrs of your vacancy being uploaded. Changes outside of the 24 hour period are provided only if they relate to the role or position described in the vacancy when it was first added. This means that the job specification (Job title, Category, Country, Location) input when the order was placed cannot be amended. Please see D3.2.1 within our Terms of Business

Q. How do I pay?
A. If you wish your advertisement to be posted instantly, we would suggest payment is made by credit card or Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can generate a pro-forma invoice from within our system. This will then be emailed to you. Simply select this option after inputting your advertisement text. We can activate advertisements paid by bank transfer instantly, simply email us a copy of the bank transfer receipt.
Q. How does the job-seeker submit an application?
A. Advertisers may choose to receive applications by InstApply, Attachment or Direct Link. Job-seekers applying by either method are required to be registered with TEFL.com. This also enables you to view the online version of the resume. To maintain your privacy, no email address will be included in your advertisement.
Q. Can I search the Resume Database?
A. Yes, we offer all registered recruiters free access to our Resume Database which contains 170,000+ current resumes. We provide a selection of search criteria to target your candidate. To maintain job seeker privacy all contact details are suppressed when making a free search of the resume database. To view these contact details, a ResumeView credit is required. ResumeView credits can be purchased here
InstApply, Attachment or Direct Link - What's the difference?
1. As Direct Link job applications are not submitted via the TEFL.com system, applications cannot be counted. However, your Job Applications Manager will include the resume and statistics for the job-seeker who clicked on the "apply" button".
